After starting his career in basketball, Ffrench made a bold pivot into entrepreneurship. He joined the founding team of BODYARMOR, the now-iconic sports drink brand that grew from grassroots beginnings to a $5.6 billion acquisition by Coca-Cola in 2021. That experience not only taught him about brand building and storytelling but also revealed the power of authenticity and strategic partnerships in creating cultural relevance.

Now, as the founder and CEO of Ffrench Ventures, Blaise leads a multi-disciplinary agency and investment firm that spans real estate, marketing, sports, and venture capital. The company collaborates with world-class brands such as Amazon Prime Video, Alo Yoga, NASCAR, Hilton, and Sephora, merging creative content with commercial impact.

“What makes me stand out is that I’ve lived both sides — as an athlete and as an executive,” he explains. “I understand performance, but I also understand brand equity and how to scale a business.” From selling drinks out of a car trunk to leading partnerships across industries, Ffrench’s story is one of perseverance, purpose, and evolution.
