Starting this Monday and for two days, President Alberto Fernández's agenda will take place in the American city of New York, where he will give his fourth speech to the United Nations (UN) Assembly, hold bilateral meetings and meetings with personalities from the civil, political and business society.   Within the framework of the 78th High Debate Week of the UN General Assembly, Fernández will begin his activities in the morning at a working breakfast with the president and CEO of the Council of the Americas, Susan Segal.   In the afternoon, from 3 p.m. (local time), the head of state will be part of the debate "Agents of Change: The application of science, technology, innovation and data for transformative action", which takes place in the framework of the SDG Summit convened by the UN Secretary General, Antonio Guterres, with whom he will also hold a bilateral meeting starting at 7 p.m.   Monday will close with a working lunch between the leaders of Celac (Community of Latin American and Caribbean States) and the African Union.   On Tuesday, Fernández could be present at the Opening of the General Debate of the General Assembly that will take place from the morning at the UN headquarters, the same place where he will return at 4 p.m. to give his speech.   Previously, at 3:00 p.m., he will participate in the High Level event "Towards a Fair International Financial Architecture", one of the topics that the president has raised with greatest emphasis during his appearances in international forums.   Finally, from 7 p.m., Fernández is invited to a dinner to be hosted by the President of the United States of America, Joe Biden, on the occasion of the 78th General Assembly of the Uni ted Nations.
